Agreement to Terms: Your purchase from our website signifies your adherence to these terms and conditions.
Purchase Process: Artifacts may be ordered via our website. Payment must be made within five (5) business days from the order date. Bank wire instructions provided after order submission. For alternative payment methods. Contact us for other payment options. Personal viewings at our Harwich location are available by prior arrangement.
Eligibility for Purchase: You need to be an adult as per your country’s laws to buy from us. You’re responsible for your own purchase(s). Responsibility for the purchase resides solely with the buyer.
Product Offerings: Details and pricing of artifacts are subject to modification. Sales are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. In instances of purchase contention, the decision of Timeline Exclusive Ltd shall prevail.
Display of Sold Artifacts: Images of sold artifacts may remain visible on our website for approximately 30 days post-sale. Buyers may request the removal of these images following completion of payment.
Payment and Delivery: The total invoice comprises the cost of the artifact, excluding shipping, taxes, or import duties. Upon order placement, you will receive a confirmation email outlining payment instructions and shipping options. You may select from our recommended shippers or engage your preferred shipping services. We are committed to ensuring your utmost convenience and satisfaction.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Responsibility for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country lies with the buyer.
Authenticity Assurance: Timeline Exclusive Ltd unconditionally guarantees the authenticity of all artifacts.
Additional Verification Services: Requests for further authentication processes such as Art Loss Register checks, Interpol searches, Reports, or Thermoluminescence Analysis may incur additional charges.
Authenticity Disputes: Should you question the authenticity of an artifact, formal notification must be submitted in writing within 30 days of dispatch. Please direct your correspondence to our Harwich office.
Resolution of Authenticity Disputes: In cases of authenticity disputes, further expert analysis may be sought. If an artifact is determined to be inauthentic within 30 days of dispatch, a full refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Cancellation and Return Policy: Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, except for custom-made items. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be adjudicated exclusively in the UK courts.
